'Could Not Load Track'

Just downloaded the djay app for iMac and received the following error message, ‘Could Not Load Track’. Please advise the solution.

Hi Brian,

Please provide more information regarding the problem:

  • Which OS X version do you have?
  • Which djay version are you using?
  • Does this happen with all your songs?
  • What if you drag and drop the songs directly from iTunes onto a turntable?

Thank you for your reply. I have since solved the problem. I deleted my playlist and created a new one by backing up the music from my phone. It appeared the location of my music was corrupted.
