I have just bought djay Pro 2 for my MacBook and I love it!
The only problem I am having is almost every time I load up a track in my headphones for pre-cueing, some noise start destroying the music, but only in the headphones - out loud there’s nothing wrong with the music. After around 10 seconds I can’t even hear the song in my headphones for the noise. It gradually gets higher.
It is really annoying and I hope someone can help!

Are you using an external device in order to pre cue?

Would you mind switching the pre cueing output and master output, so your master out at the controller is used for pre cueing?
That way it gets sent to the speakers and you can record an exeamplary video of the noise.
That would help us a lot.
My mixer-mode is on internal. Main output is “Built in output” and my pre-cueing is set to my mixer, the Pioneer DDJ-RB where my headphones are plugged in.
