djay pro for iPad not recognising my controller (unmark mix deck quad)

When I plug my iPad in and put it on the correct usb-midi setting my controller fails to recognise my iPad is plugged in at all (it is plugged in with a 30pin connector)

before when the has happened I have just had to update the app and it would work after that, however as there is no update I am confused as to what happened?

my iPad OS is fully updated as well

Hey Guys I recently purchased IPad Pro 12.9 and IPad 10.5 neither one will recognize my Numark Mixdeck Quad. Tried everything I know ,call Apple and Numark no solution. I feel the Pros and Mixdeck is not IOS compatible. Any solution,Anyone ? Floyd
