Quite frequently on deck 1 there seems to be no sound or freezing with the odd track. It unfreezes after a little while and I can load the same track into deck 2 and it plays fine. Sometimes there is no freezing, but also no sound on deck 2, and i can reload the same track on deck 2 and it works fine.

Hi,
When you say about creating a video, I cannot predict when it will happen (no sound playing throuch deck 1), and if i’m DJing I need to play the track so load it on deck 2, so it’s difficult to create a video.
I use external mixers - namely Traktor Z1 and Reloop Mixtour, and same thing happens on both - at random. I even had it happen to me when just using headphones direct into the surface pro. Also had it happen on both local MP3’s as well as Spotify.
The freezing happens when loading spotify tracks sometimes. I usually have a good internet connection but could theoretically could be related to that.
I have the windows 10 on a surface pro 4 - core i5 4gb RAM
No one else reported this?
