DJAY2 for ipad don't recognize my Pioneer DDJ-WeGo2

Hello. djay 2 (version 2.8.8) on ipad mini (IOS 9.3.5) don’t recognize my Pioneer DDj-WeGO2 controller.

My DDJ-WEgo2 have the latest firmware from Pioneer.

What can I do?

I’m having g the same problem with my Reloop Mixtour not being recognized by Djay 2 on my iPad 3 iOS 9.3.5. Very frustrating! If I can’t get some help in this I’ll have to return the mixtour and ask for a refund for Djay 2. Please help!
