Today, after migrating Ipad to IOS 7 I discover the DJAY2 doesn’t work properly with the Pioneer DDJ WEGO controller. Obviously, the same setup worked nicely yesterday… so something is wrong between IOS 7 and DJAY2.
Any suggestion?

Yes I am having the same issue.
Hi Santiago,
Which djay version are you using now? Can you please provide more information on what exactly doesn’t work properly? Thanks!
We already notified Pioneer support regarding this problem. However, we do recommend that each of you also contact Pioneer support to let them know about this issue.

Hi Sinan,
Pioneer DDJ 1 controller is not supported with djay, sorry.
By the way, djay 2 works fine on both iOS 6 and 7. We also recently released updates fixing some issues. So, you can upgrade to iOS 7 or stay on iOS 6, your choice.
You need to update the firmware of your WeGO. Please see the official response above.

According to Pioneer, the iOS7.1 has resolved audio distortion noise issues when using the DDJ-WeGO2.
After updating your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch to iOS7.1, it is recommended that the users using the firmware Ver. 9.02 update to Ver. 1.02 again, even though you have no problem using Ver. 9.02.
Hi Alley,
What exactly isn’t working? Please provide more information.
Hi Sasha,
What’s your Audio Devices Setup? Please tap the gear icon, go to “Audio Devices Setup” and take a screenshot.
That looks correct. As an experiment, please try playing a song in the Music app through your Ergo. Also, if you have a Mac, please see if you’re experiencing the same problems there.
Oh and by the way, are you using the official lightning to USB adapter from Apple?
