Hi there! I have been using DjayPro for almost 6 months without ANY problem but today I tried to open the program and when I click just appear the intro black page which says DjayPro for 5 seconds and then it closes by itself not even loading the decks page. I paid for the program and this is not good because I work as a Dj, please help.

Can you tell us which operating system, djay version and device you are using?
Also since when is djay Pro not starting anymore, did you update your Windows version or changed anything else in your setup?

Same here and can’t use demo version either. I’ve uninstalled and downloaded software twice. Shutting down PC each time. Can you guys revert to previous update to correct issues for now?

Indeed, there have been automated Windows updates in the recent weeks, there I can say it is the latest Windows 10 version, and yes, I also assume that Djay Pro directly after start could have something to do with the updates, as it was running fine a couple of weeks ago the last time I used it. The problem is, that even after uninstalling the Windows updates and Djay Pro and reinstalling Djay Pro, it still crashes.
It would be really great if you could help, it seems to affect lots of people who had their Windows 10 updated.

Its not Lukas, I’m a user having the same issues with Djay Pro and I was curious if it behaved the same way on your system.
Interesting, glad your system is running again,here it is still crashing. Could you maybe tell me the KB number of the update?

I’ve tried everything, and it is still crashing on start screen, and what worries me is that other people as well have posted this problem here and that you only responded initially with questions about the system, but no further help after that. Please help us. Your product, which is really one of my favorite tools, is not working right now, and that’s a problem with a certain urgency to be fixed as the tool can’t be used if one is asked to djay in a club or at a party or whatever. Please keep up the communication with us and please help us.

Not even a Windows Repair Reinstall fixed it.

I reported the same issue 9 days ago and I am still awaiting a reply. I sent the details of my computer and issue to support@algoriddim.com. I also tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software and that did not resolve the issue. It has been working fine for months and now keeps crashing. Please let me know if there are any known work-arounds. Thanks.

Oh, Ok. After a Windows Update today and a restart of my computer, the app is working fine now without crashing.
