Hello. I just purchased the DJC-WeCAi30 cable to connect the DDJ-WeGO3 to my IPAD 3 but once connected the console, it is not recognized and in any case the cable does not charge the Ipad as indicated in the manual (I tried in the sequence shown from the manual and also with other …) so I suppose it does not work properly.
The operating system of the Ipad is IOS 9.3.5
The console firmware is up to date.
The application used is Djay 2.
Could you suggest some steps to solve the problem?
