Having trouble getting MixTrack 3 to work with DJay Pro

Hi – I have a Numark MixTrack 3 and DJay Pro – using a Mac Mini using the latest OS X. The controller lights up and the software says it is mapped but it will not control the software. It works like a charm with Virtual DJ so I know the controller is functional.

Any ideas – would really like to get started mixing.

sorry to hear that. The controller should work flawlessly, have you contacted Numark so far?
By the way, which djay version and macOS version are you using?

Got it fixed – had a software conflict on some different midi software. Uninstalled that and rebooted everything and it is working now. Happy!
