Headphone Cue Problem

Hi guys

Im having a very weird problem when trying to preview a song in my headphones using djay2. As you can see, I have the cue settings configured correctly, however when I listen to a song playing on either channel through my headphone the signal is fine then gradually starts to crackle and then fade away completely after about 10 seconds? There is nothing wrong with my headphones, they work fine.

I’m running the latest version of djay on Mac Pro with a Numark Mixtrack Pro and Saffire 6 audio interface.

Hi Joe,

This issue seems to occur when combining audio interfaces. Please try using just your Saffire 6 or the Mixtrack Pro for both main and pre-cueing outputs.
