Internal error 500 on Spotify

Can not use my playlists on Spotify

I understand your frustration but in order to fix a bug we first need to understand its nature and cause.
Can you give me some further information how often and when this error is being displayed?

Same here. Some playlist work, some give unexpected error on Spotify or this error 500. Eg. match song-list does not work at all.

Those pre-set playlist (in bottom center buttons) are not working all, e.g EDM Spinning records top 100 is giving: “unexpected response recevied from Spotify Try Again” (yes there is typo on error message too). Same playlist works in Spotify.
Own playlist are slow to load, no matter how many songs in there.
Song match gives same error. Actually playlist is there but this error comes blocking it. If doubleclicking somewhere it loads song.

I don’t see error 500 at the moment. There are several topics on this problem with Spotity. API has changed or something.

That makes me wonder do you have any kind of contract towards Spotify that you are allowed to use Spotify as DJ tool? If Spotify changes something more, will this some day come useless tool?

Other issues came with upgrade. When pressing zoom in either deck (on waveform window, dropdown menu), djay crashes. Crash report sent. Not big issue as I do not press those ever, but bug is a bug.
