midi out tempo

hi, wondering if there is a way to get a deck’s tempo as midi out?

i am trying to map my quneo similar to how it’s mapped with tracktor here: https://youtu.be/bvCIlmRSN6g?t=28s
i especially like how the play buttons flash in sync with that deck’s tempo, and how the circular rotaries spin in sync with that deck’s jog wheel.
