No sound from my Pioneer DDJ-SR2 on a mac running Mojave OS 10.14

Hi Everyone,

I’m using a Pioneer DDJ-SR2 and it will not give sound output out of the Master 1 port with Mojave OS. Can you let me know how to get the software to recognise my controller? The sound only comes out of the computer speakers so I’m currently using Bluetooth for now with Djay Pro 2. Using Bluetooth is only a temporary solution because I really need to go directly to my speakers.

Thanks.

Hi guys,

we are sorry to hear that.

Please make sure you installed the designated Pioneer driver for your controller.

Is this helping, please contact us right away if there are questions.

Hi guys,

We are very sorry to hear that.
Could you please send us exemplary videos of the issue via support@algoriddim.com?

That would be very helpful in order to find the root of the problem.

Also please make sure you have the latest Pioneer driver installed.

If you have any questions or suggestions, or if you would like further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Cheers,Lukas E.

Hi Greg,

please note that this community is about djay Pro. Do you have problems with our software too?

Cheers,

Hi Nefretiri,

the SR 2 is natively supported.

Did you install the designated driver:
