Numark DJ2GO with DJAY 2 on iphone 4 S does not work! Why not?

Hello, Good night. I have Numark DJ2GO and I have an iphone 4s and I recently bought and installed DJay 2 on my iphone to be able to control the DJay 2 with DJ2GO because the screenshot of my iPhone is too small to be able to easily touch with my fingers in all functions that DJAY 2 has.
The problem is that I have already connected the DJ2GO the iPhone through an OTG cable and does not work because the DJAY 2 does not detect the DJ2GO!
What is strange is that I’ve seen several videos on internet of DJays using the DJAY2 with DJ2GO on the iphone! How is this possible?
Can you help me to do the same?

Hi there,

is the DJ2GO being displayed as detected midi device if you open the djay 2 “Preferences” and click on “Midi”?

My IOS version is 9.2.1 and Djay 2 version is 2.8.1.
I really want to solve this problem and I really need your help!

Good afternoon. Thank you once again for helping me solving this problem!
I opened the DJAY 2, I went to preferences and then selected the midi tab and in this tab, even though it appears to say that was found or detected 1 midi device does not appear the name of the device, and even after pressing the “rescan for midi controllers” button, nothing happens and nothing changes!
I’m getting increasingly annoyed with this.
Help me please to understand what is causing this problem.
