Numark NS6 on djay Pro for Windows just freeze!

I just bought the djay Pro for Windows and can’t get the Numark NS6 to work within… The software just freeze when the controller is plugged… Its work normally without the controller, but if you plug the controller the djay Pro just freeze.
The ASIO drivers is the latest, but tried with old ones too and even a fresh Windows install… Tried in other computer too, same problem!
Serato works fine, but djay Pro just freeze!

Hey there,

we are not supporting the NS6 natively. Please note that some controllers which are used as a external mixer are not yet supported by WASAPI, the windows audio driver we are using.

So why NS6 is listed as natively on the site?

I am having the same problem, I am not going to lie, I am asking for my money back since the website say it does support it.

I am going back to serrato.
