hello, i get this error when trying to load specific tracks. usually it;s the same track that it happens to. but sometimes that same track doesn’t have the problem and works fine. basically the track won’t load, the music stops for about 3 seconds and then continues.

why is this happening still?? everything is up to date on my ipad.

What type of songs do you have (file format)?
Please do the following on your Mac/PC:

  • open iTunes
  • go to one of the affected songs
  • ctrl-click or right-click on the song
  • select “Get Info…”
  • take a screenshot of the “Summary” tab and upload it here
