I have one problem. How can I make sound go through my controller (Pioneer DDJ-RB) directly to sound system?
I have all the wires plugged into my controller and sound system, but can’t change main output on Djay pro.
Help me please.

Is that controller in the list of compatible controllers?
If your running windows it ain’t gonna work until algoriddim update the list the screenshot u have used has an asterisks next to it see bottom of list for the meaning

Hi, when I connect an other midi controller it works well and when I plug this appear a window to select output channels. But in the DDJ-RB not. Anyone can help us!??!

Jake, are you experiencing degrading sound quality in your headphones when cueing tracks?
Found the answer, I had the same problem, couldn’t get the outputs to change to the controller, so I decided to use rekordbox on my Mac, as I was setting it up it installed the audio driver for the controller and instantly Djay popped up asking me what audio channels I wanted to use for the DDJ RB, now it shows up in devices menu, allowing me to change the output, so my master works and pre cuing in my headphones works.

Até hoje os desenvolvedores não resolveram essa questão, poxa entao libera os direitos de integração para p VDJ que la funcionava perfeitamente sem erros. se não se tem a competencia para se vender um produto não o venda, deixe com quem estava funcionando. Agora fico usando uma coisa sem a pré escuta, as mixagens não saem como deveria Estou muito insatisfeito com o software.
Eu tb não como que configura será?
