Pre-cueing and master output not in sync (Mixon 4 + iPad)

I work with a Mixon 4 controller with DJay on my iPad. The controller is connected to the ‘line in’ of an amplifier. Everything works fine except when I’m pre-listening to synchronize my bass with the master there is a delay between both. In other words what I’m hearing in my headphones is not synced with the master output making it impossible to sync my bass.

Any help on this one??

Have you tried connecting a Booth speaker as well in order to have a direct feedback of the Master out very close to the controllers soundcard?
