Using a Nexus 6p with Android 8.1, I have connected a couple of times to my new Pioneer DDJ-WeGo4 but now it will not connect (no Pioneer logo and no button functions). I have a USB-C out of the phone to the USB-B on the controller. I’ve emailed support and sent video and pictures, but am not getting response. Can anyone help?

Also can you please download “USB midi monitor” and check if the controller is sending midi signals to your device?
