I have djay app and Spotify Premium, but for some reason Djay is not recognizing that I have spotify premium.
Support will be back in two months to help you… in the mean time, they will tell you to be patient as you dj in front of hundreds of people.

The advice we get from Algoriddim in this case is this:
go to “www.spotify.com”;
log in with your Spotify account
scroll down till “log out everywhere”
re-open your djay app and try it again!

Could you please contact our support via support@algoriddim.com and send a screenshot of the pop-up window where you can only proceed by canceling. That would help us tons in order to reproduce your issue.

This did not work for me!! I really don’t know where to go from here?
I will explain what is happening: I open up djay Pro app, I click the link that says Login to Spotify, a pop up window appears and I am able to log in, once I am logged in I can see my account, the only way I can get away from this pop-up window is if I press cancel which then sends me to a prompt screen saying “Spotify Premium required…get it or no thanks”.
Help??!?
Lol, it is working now, I think it was just a matter of me scrolling down on that pop-up window. I did not realize that scrolling was an option. Sorry for being a bother, also appreciate your willingness to assist!!
