Compared Mac/Win, Win is really a beta version...

I’ve compared the Mac version with the Windows (Demo) version.

A big shame for the Windows version…

No way to disable keyboard keys.
I’ve got a keyboard loop when pressing the up key (navigation keys doesn’t work on Windows version, forced to use the arrow keys)
the echo effect and Flanger effect is just horrible compared to the Mac version.

When i see the amount of Pioneer controllers that aren’t supported, what the hell is going on…

The only good point is that my Numark N4 is natively supported but strangely it is not in the hardware list.

Now that the V2 is out for the Mac version, shouldn’t be time to fix all the issues on the Windows side ?

In Europe, i’ve only seen less and less Macbook instead of Windows used by DJ’s…

To complete the bad things, some part of the mapping in the navigation works fine under Macbook but on PC, it does switch the crossfader to the other song, this is really great…

Other bad part is the filter, when enabled with mouse or controller, it doesn’ sound naturally like on the macbook.

In other words, ALL the effects on the pc version are HORRIBLE…

6 months later, no noteworthy changes

I m wonder what algoriddim thought at the time they started developing djay for windows. which goal did they pursue? what did they want to achieve with it? was it from the beginning planned to not take it that serious? or they just did not get the hoped-for success?
