Complete FX Package for iMac djay Pro

I purchased the FX package via the djay Pro app FX Store yesterday. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to have downloaded onto my actual djay Pro application. When I click on the Algoriddim icon to access my FX packs, it only shows the original packs, like the Dubstep and Snoop Dog pack. Am I doing something wrong here? My iCloud account is configured on all of my devices.

You’re looking in the sample packs. Please try the following:

  1. tap the tools icon below the tempo slider
  2. go to “FX”
  3. tap the selected FX name (e.g. Echo) to open the FX selection menu

i have the same issue. Purchased through the itunes . Bought the pro version, never had the trial, then bought the FX package and can’t find anything.
