Djay Pro 2 Crashing Constantly

I have a MacOS Mojave (Version 10.14.3) and whenever I open Djay Pro 2, it quits straight away and says there's an issue with the app. The app is up to date (as of the 8th of March 2019).

Can you please try to reinstall the application and see if the problem is persistent?

Jack, sorry about the trouble. We haven't been able to reproduce a crash on launch on any of our test systems. Could you please send us the crash logs?

Also, I assume you have been downloading the app from Mac App Store. If so, can you please try installing and launching our demo version directly and see if the same symptoms occur?

Here is how to retrieve crash logs on macOS:

- Open "Console" app
- Go to "User Reports"
- Select the latest djay Pro 2 ".crash" file and attach it to the email to support@algoriddim.com

love the software but out of know where crashed and wouldn't turn on mid set.

sorry to hear that, did you also send us a crash report follwing:
- Open "Console" app 
- Go to "User Reports" 
- Select the latest djay Pro 2 ".crash" file and attach it to the email to support@algoriddim.com

Please also attach a link to this thread to the mail, that would help us a lot.
