When I start Djay pro on my computer It loads and suddenly crashes. I’ve already used the windows store troubleshooter, reinstalled the app and restarted my computer and none of these options work.
I also have the app installed on another computer and that computer has no problem.
The rest of my windows apps work fine.

You could maybe provide these track to the support, no hoping that this software will improve a lot but we can try it at least…
Dont update to windows creators edition and do not make the app exlusive no problems after that
I wrote an e-mail to costumer support and they say that the developers will fix it. Had to send a crash report and other files
Thanks for helping, but It’s already solved for me (yeah, I know I should’ve said that in a comment). After receiving a solution from costumer support, I had to delete everything with .com.algoriddim.com in credentials manager, but my pc gave me an error message when I opened it, so I searched and found this solution: https://youtu.be/z1JOjBVVQec
I only needed to do that and everything worked 
Sending them a message via e-mail through this site really helped me. It was slow, but eventually they fixed the problem.
Well, than you should try to find solutions like the one above this comment.
I stopped using djay pro a few months after this threat and I can’t really help now.

Check if your c:\users\Default folder is hidden. If so, unhide it.
And if you still have issues or if the folder wasn’t hidden, try this (it seems to be an issue with the grafics card that also has effects on Cortana, but can be fixed): The following link is a remedy for Cortana not working correctly and it also helped with the issue at hand here, justs jump to “Method 1”, do that, and “Method 2” if neccessary.

Thanks for the help but no joy. The crash happens when I load some tracks in, after a few seconds. Weirdly, if I don’t touch the music it’s fine so presumably some conflict there, doesn’t seem to matter if Spotify or Media Player. Bemused!
