dJay Pro does not refresh Library / playlist counts

Great product! I use it everyday …
However, no matter how many times I hit “Refresh Library”, the playlist counts do not update from iTunes, so they do not reflect any recent additions and or changes to my iTunes library…
Quitting and restarting both applications does nothing.
I am using dJay Pro 1.3.1. and iTunes 12.4.2.4.

thank you for your post.
Could you tell us which iTunes playlist you are referring to?

I tried to reproduce the explained issue with the “Top 25 Most Played” - all 25 tracks were in the list and a new song which i played a lot got transferred too.
Please note that you have to quit iTunes and restart the program to refresh the playlist.
After that you can refresh the djay library and new often played tracks will get transferred.

Can you think of other file formats (iTunes booklets etc) in your playlist?

Also please send us the an exemplary file which is not synchronising to the djay Pro library via support@algoriddim.com.
