Hello, I’ve recently started to use djay pro because of the connections with Spotify and iTunes. my speakers (krk rokit 5’s) are working perfectly but I’ve recently been having issues with the pre cueing. I can’t get the song that is lined up next to play through my headphones. Its weird, sometimes it works like the other day, somedays it doesn’t? I am Dj’ing at a party in a couple of weeks so i need this to work! Any suggestions? I have tried multiple things but have had no luck so far, thanks.

Are you selecting your Pre Cueing track manually via the pre cueing buttons or via the Auto Select feature?

Make sure your crossfader is all the way over. This happened to me a couple times on the I phone
Ahh. I was using the phone only and although it appeared my cross fader was all the way over I wasn’t getting the track I was trying to cue. So I accidentally figured out the mistake. Have you had any luck figuring yours out?
I select my track using my scroll wheel on my controller and apply t to a deck.
