how do you get full screen to fill the whole screen

Hi , i use Vjay as a back drop with the bands name and some visuals, but find that it never fills the screen in the different venues , is there a default setting i can change to fill the screen, ps the tv is full screen before we change over to vjay

Which external displays/projectors are you using? Can you also please upload a screenshot or a picture of what vjay’s screen looks like?
