Huh… Spotify is NEVER EVER available offline, no matter what. It is not Djay Pro’s restriction but rather a restriction with Apple.

Besides, if you are a REAL dj, you would NEVER reply on the internet for your music. Own your own music like the professionals do.

Bit hard to sync 30m songs offline, sorry but that’s just a silly expectation. Think about it. And besides, you are only ‘renting’ their use, you don’t actually own them. If any application like djay could just download them it could also potentially copy them and that would be a licence breach, but in any event they have DRM, just like Apple Music also.
