Mapping for Pioneer DDJ-SR2

I just traded in my Pioneer DDJ-SR for the new DDJ-SR2. Do you know when djay Pro (Windows) will natively support the SR2? The mapping should be the same as the DDJ-RR since they are basically identical. Other than the Serato vs. Rekordbox integration, the controls/buttons are the same. With the new release of the SR2, I'm sure there will be great demand to have djay Pro support it.

Thanks!

Can someone from Algoriddim please provide an update on the Pioneer DDJ-SR2 mapping? It sucks to have upgraded my controller and not be able to use DJay Pro.

It would be nice if someone from Algoriddim would answer this question. Some of us are loyal users who chose to upgrade their controllers and need to know if and when DJ Pro will support it (Pioneer DDJ-SR2)..

I consider it a slap in the face to loyal users to not even offer an answer.

Still waiting for this too... I wanted an upgrade and SR2 was the best mid sized controller on the market. I am exploring Serato now instead of DJ PRO... might have to jump ship.

Isn't the DDJ-SR2 the same layout as the DDJ-RR? Just that the SR2 is for Serato and the RR is for Rekordbox? I see that the RR is already supported by DJay Pro.

is it really that difficult to import the on mac working mappings to windows? I can not imagine that. What's the point of that lukas? Do you really want to keep us waiting here until you release may someday djay pro 2 for pc? Just submit a small update. That can not be so complicated!

I started the process and successfully mapped the most important buttons. I had some issues with the Jog Wheels but didn't get much help from support. They just referred me to the manual.

I think I have the Jog Wheels figured out. Well in vinyl mode at least. I will continue on the other buttons. There is a lot then you have all the shift operations. I will post a file once all the basic functionality is done so you can check it out.

I have a Beta Mapping file for the DDJ-SR2 if anyone wants to try it:

Notes:

Only Configured Decks 1 & 2 so far,
All Knobs, Sliders and LEDSs Configured (Except Right Platter)
Hot Cue buttons are working with illumination, Colors match DJay Pro Colors
Platters, Touch, Scratch and Pitch Bend (Side Wheel) working.

DJay Pro seems to be using WDM driver so Headphones not working natively, because only 2 audio channels are available. This I was able to get headphones working using an ASIO Bridge. See Below:
