My “hercules DJ control Air S series” controller is showing up, in Djay pro, as a mixer. anyone know how to fix? I tried for an hour to fix the problem but no luck. please help!

thank you for your post and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Could you check if djay Pro is able to map the controller, therefor please go to “MIDI” in the menu bar and see if your controller is displayed.

See that’s the thing, it doesn’t show up under the MIDI tab. It can’t find it
