Why isit when I press the sync button on djay 2 when I’m trying to start a mix from the beginning on the tune I want to bring in does it decided to start playing the song at a different beat?
I… I don’t understand how to set the downbeat to another position.
Stuart: a way of syncing at the start of a song that often works: set your cuepoint to the beginning of the song, sync the two tracks at any point, hit the cue button when desired. Your track should start again, this time synced.
Works about 70% of the time.

the new sync mode always sync’s the downbeats.
If you want the songs to align differently, simply set the downbeat of the song to another position.
Hi Warren, why’s that? It worked really well in the previous version. This offbeat syncing is no syncing at all and very frustrating!
