Reset white CUE does not work - with WEGO3

Hi,
Cannot find a way to reset the CUE point (white). Is this a bug?

There is no “Reset Cue point (white)” button on the WeGO 3. You can only do this though the UI. Tap and hold the set cue point button.

Thanks Warren for the quick response. However I cannot reset it by tapping and holding the set cue point either. I use iPad and djay 2. Any ideas?

I’got the same problem with my wego 3 and I can’t push the reset button for the white cue point because there are the effect screen of wego 3 function on it

Me fader slider isn’t working on my wego3, it jumps from left to right, it doesn’t fade smoothly. any ideas?
