The turntable wheels on the Vestax Spin are very slippery. Is there anyway to get more grip on the jog wheels?

If you mean the touch-sensitivity, then yes you can change it at the back of your Spin.
If you are actually referring to some sort of mat that you can put on the jogwheels then I’m afraid the answer is no.
