Tidal - djay pro 2 integration not working

I have recently upgraded to day pro 2 for Mac and registered with Tidal, due to Spotify’s 1st July integration exit. Also updated my Macbook Pro to OS X El Capitan (Old i know but still going strong!). After Tidal registration i tried to hook up day pro 2 app to Tidal and got to the login stage but it won’t let me continue after i enter my email address. Spotify still works fine as does Soundcloud but haven’t been able too get past this stage (see pic below). Also happened on the demo but thought i may of needed full version to work!

Do we have to wait for the Spotify exit before it works?

My Tidal works Fine. I’m just having an issue with DJay Pro crashing with my Prime 4 controller. I’m running MacOS Catalina 10.5

Same problema for me. I contact with tidal and algoriddim and the answer is always the same. Tidal says that the promblem comes from algoriddim and algoriddim says that the problem comes from tidal. They passed the ball eeacother ad no solution yet
