Only 2 and 3 track options are there. B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open app. Open neuralmix. C) EXPECTED RESULTS: - Should be option to choose 4 tracks, but only 2-3 are present. D) ACTUAL RESULTS: - Only 2 or 3 track options show up. ---

Hi @Chizzbizzle, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the clear report and for including the screenshot. Four stems should be there — the iOS manual lists two, three, and four stem options in that same dropdown, and I just checked on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 27.0 with djay 5.6.8, where all three options show up. Same OS, same build, different handset, so this looks device-specific rather than something broken in 5.6.8 or iOS 27 itself. ![IMG_2081](https://community-assets.algoriddim.com/original/3X/3/b/3be4d3f9dc40156496fe66335ad1843adbb932b2.jpeg) Three things that would help me narrow it down: 1. Open **Settings \> Advanced** and tell me what Neural Mix quality level your iPhone reports. 2. Does the four stem option reappear after a full force quit and relaunch of djay? [Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)](https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/iphone/iph8903c3ee6/ios) 3. Has four stems ever shown up on this particular iPhone, or has it been missing since you set the phone up? 4. Do you have an active djay Pro subscription? 5. What music source are you using (ex. Local mp3s, Tidal, Spotify, Beatport, etc.)? Thanks! ---

Hi again @Chizzbizzle, I have confirmed with engineering that there is an issue specific with iPhone 18. They are investigating further. I’ll share more news when I have it. ---

I did exactly what you suggested, and of course I have a pro subscription (I can’t function without Djay! I use it almost everyday)! I’m still suck on 3! Going from 4 to 3 sucks, plus, now I found a stem slip mode bug! “ya killin’ me, Smalls”! (Quote from the movie “The Sandlot”! Engineering has identified the issue specifically with iPhone 18 and is working on a fix which should be included in an upcoming update (likely 5.6.10). Thanks! ---
