A&H Xone K3 not working sometimes

Hi all,

Having an issue with my K3 and Djay in that sometimes on launching DJay the K3 will not work(it is detected but no buttons respond) and requires a unplug and reconnect cycle to work again.

Am on a MacBook Air with latest MacOS and latest DJay versions installed.

Hi @many, welcome to the Community! This sounds like a cable or USB port issue. Have you tried a different cable or USB port on your Mac?
