Add a 'General' preference 'On Launch' turn Key Lock on for Djay for Mac and iOS

Hi,

I almost always need Key Lock turned on when I change the tempo of a song.

It would be really cool if you add a ‘General’ preference to Djay for ‘On Launch’ that will turn on Key Lock for me.
