Add cueing and FX to the looper

Looper is a great functionality but still missing important things

1- Cuing , we need to listen to the loop before increasing the volume

2- FX , we can’t apply filters or FX to loops

3- sequencer mode , it will be great to have sequencer mode for one shot samples.
