Add per STEM Keylock or Pitch-Shift FX

I am trying to figure out two things but either would be helpful:

1. disable the pitch correction for tempo changes (controlled by key lock i assume) for only one stem and not the others
2. apply a pitch-shift FX to one stem. I know how to route it to the stem but cannot find a specific effect that simply changes the pitch. i see there is a pitch cue function for Mac but apparently not for windows and android

i searched in a lot of places so please don’t delete or lecture me without reason

1. Currently, it is not possible to apply Key Lock to a specific STEM or to disable it for a specific STEM.
2. We do not have a pitch-shift FX option either. However, Pitch Cue is available on Windows and Android.

Also, a workaround for disabling Key Lock on a specific STEM would be to create and Instant Double of the same song onto a second deck, then separate the STEMs accordingly for each deck and disable the Key Lock on the want you want to change the pitch.
