Alesis IO Dock MIDI assignament , VJay, DJay & Ipad 2 IOS 8.4

Can someone explain how to assign MIDI controls-commands to control: fader, pitch and all others functions, from any Universal MIDI musical keyboard into vjay and djay apps through MIDI IN port of the Alesis io dock Using Ipad 2 IOS 8.4? Just assign CC# comands and values (0 to 127).

Please note that neither vjay, nor djay 2 are capable of any manual midi mapping.
The Midi Learn feature is implemented in our Mac software, djay Pro, only.

(I feel cheated, deceived) in the other hand, does djay pro exist tu run in ipàd 2 ios 8.4?
