I use Windows and Itunes to organize my dj library. I have my playlists setup in itunes and let DJay read them from the Itunes Library. Was working fine but all of a sudden Im getting the “The system cannot find the file specified” Message
Weirdly, I can load the track it can’t find from itunes directly into djay and it loads it perfectly fine

I managed to Solve the issue.
If anyone else is having this problem. Highlight all your songs in iTunes and add any letter to the comment section and save it. It’ll take some time but for some reason that made Everything work.
