Android App doesn't recognise my subscription

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Using latest Android version. App won’t connect to my existing account. No option to force it to apply my subscription. Also cannot close the app down once open as there seems to be no close button…

Hi @Michael_Sumner, did you create a My djay Account on your other device first? Did you log into your My djay Account on Android using the same email address and password?

Did you try Restore purchases?

Any way to close the app though?

To close apps on Android, swipe up from the bottom of your screen and hold, then swipe up on individual apps to close them. To close all apps, swipe to the end of the list and tap "Clear all " or "Close all ". For button navigation, tap the square/three-line button and choose "Clear all”.

Er, well, it would be nice to have a way to actually exit the app…

That is basically the same process on most mobile devices, including iOS.
