  • Improved tab key navigation in media library (macOS, Windows)

When you navigate between tables in the library using the tab key it will now auto select the first row in the table if there is no existing selection. Previously it would not do this, so if the table had no selection you couldn’t see that it had focus.

Thanks a lot — that makes things clear for me.

Hopefully, the last hurdle in the tab navigation will also be resolved soon: being able to access the tracks in the third panel when in info mode, including navigating to the main track and browsing through any related tracks in that panel (if available).

Huge improvement on this software that I now favor after leaving Serato and Reckordbox! I just hope that my problems encountered with the Neural mix will be resolved as well as my problem with the samples (I had already written about these problems and I was told that it should be resolved in future updates). Hats off to algoriddim and its community team for this great software! Bravo to Hercules for the dj control mix Ultra

Every time I want to change the value for the selected track, I have to click the mouse. This is really inconvenient. It complicates the work with the library.

I’ve picked a track, it’s playing, and now I want to edit the metadata.

I can load tracks without using the mouse, but I have to click to edit the field I want.

Anyway, these days I usually edit track metadata using Lexicon DJ, Foobar2000+, plugins, and mp3tag. I’d like to use just Djay Pro, without any third-party programs. It’s similar to the way it’s done in Lexicon DJ. :slight_smile:

Hey developers, here’s an idea. When you’re working on a track, make it so you can switch to edit mode by pressing “Tab” (or whatever key you like) on your keyboard. It’d be great to have keys for rating and color. I’ve already posted about it on the forum.

Anyway, we’ll just wait.

Thanks Again Djay, It may look small but the most important take away is Djay is constantly fixing issues which can make a whole lot of difference in our Djing journey.

Drag and drop from Tidal search window to Tidal playlist would be good. Faster than right click and scroll.
