Apple Music Access Request blocked

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

  • Apple Music Access Request screen loops when “Continue” is pressed

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. After using Apple Music in DJ Pro for a long time, was forced to re-link Apple Music

  2. Signed into Apple Music via DJ Pro

  3. Authentication was successful

  4. The Access Request consent popup renders

  5. Press Continue

  6. The Access Request consent popup re-renders and the process continues in an infinite loop

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • To re-authenticate and provide consent to Apple Music

  • Some diagnostics from the API call, given this an Apple managed request

  • DJ Pro on iOS works fine with Apple Music

  • There is no iPad specific tag, so I had to use iOS

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

  • An infinite loop with 0 error diagnostics (see screenshot)

Hi @Voyaqua, welcome to the Community! Apple support is aware of the issue and they are working on it.

I too discovered this last night, messaged the support team. I use this on iphone, ipad and mac. My mac was already logged in and everything worked fine there. I thought I’d test to see if this is happening on mac as well, it did :frowning:
If your device is logged in, do not log out you cannot get back in.

I’m having the same issues. Started yesterday. I was worried I was the only one. Glad I’m not alone. Hopefully it can be fixed before I have to play tonight.

EDIT:The issues appear to be fixed.

I spoke with Apple and they said the issue isn’t on their end but that Djay Pro has to fix this issue
