Audio on Deck 1 only with Pioneer DDJ SR- and the crossfader doesn't work! :(

I have a Pioneer DDJ-SR. I have just finished mapping it to work, and all the functions seem to work fine including the deck volumes, but the cross fader does nothing and I only have audio coming out of the DDJ-SR on Deck 1. Help!
