  1. I want to know how to use the automix feature of the djay pro app in two deck mode

  1. Plan the intended playlist and sort them in the way you want them to play (most times BPM-sort is enough)

  2. Load first track on deck1

  3. At the bottom right corner (mac), there are 2 icons (Start Automix and Queue), click the first icon (Start Automix), then click “Start Automix” when it pops up slightly above as shown below.

  4. Turn up the volume and Pour a cup of coffee, kapish?

Thank you! But i want to do it on my android phone and not mac, will i be able to automix with 2 decks on the phone, in the djay pro app?

Hi @Tarunsahni1966, welcome to the Community! Please note that Automix in Classic Mode (2 Deck Mode) is not currently supported on Android.

Ok, understood that this feature is not supported on android devices, but does automix mode work in two deck mode on iPhone? If yes, which model and above?

Hi @Tarunsahni1966, yes, Automix in 2 Deck Mode is supported on iPhone. I don’t believe there is a iPhone model limit for this, however, you may want to choose an iPhone 11 (or later) or iPhone SE (2nd gen or later), to ensure your Neural Mix Quality setting is at Maximum. Either way, I recommend at least an A12 Bionic chip iPhone to ensure Neural Mix Automix and Neural Mix Crossfader FX are supported. I hope that helps!

I sincerely hope its available on android soon, carrying two phones is an issue, just for one service.

On how many devices can i have and use the djay pro app, ? as my main phone is an android, i want to use the 2 deck automix feature on an iPhone .

You can use your djay Pro subscription on up to 5 devices at a time. Please see below for more.

I just used the automix feature with two deck mode on an iPhone! I must say its amazing! But it’s very unfortunate that you don’t give this feature on android phone. Please do!

I fail to understand why all features of the paid djay pro app are not available on android devices while all are available on iPhone. What is android users falt? Please provide all features on android as well.

Please note that while we’re aiming for future parity across all platforms, the djay apps on each OS are developed individually and therefore offer different features. Please also understand that the Android platform and related devices also present some unique limitations and challenges for music related apps. We’re actively working to align the Android experience with djay on iOS, Mac, and Windows. Thanks again!
