The automix shuffle is not working on my iPhone. How do I actually get the shuffle feature to work?

Do you already have Shuffle toggled on in djay’s Automix settings?

If so, and you still feel it’s not working as it should, please let me know the following:

  1. Which device do you have?
  2. Which OS version is running on your device?
  3. Which djay version are you using? (Please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number)
  4. Please share a bit more about how you’re using Automix, what music source you’re pulling from (e.g., TIDAL, My Library, iTunes, etc.), and what type of playlist you’re accessing (e.g., Queue, Current Playlist, Matching Songs).
