Loving the IDJ Pro, but the platter and artwork feel too small. Album artwork looks great in landscape mode, please make it bigger in portrait. For me it’s a key advantage over other DJ software, it makes it feel more analogue and real. I’d happily forfeit the levels to maximise the platter visual. Please!
… Second point on this, which I didn’t clock till I looked at this again. The visual has gone from a turnatable (arm, platter) to something closer to a CDJ, so you’ve lost the feeling of (at least a modest) link to the original vinyl. As someone who came into digital mixing through years of vinyl DJ-ing, it’d be nice to keep some continuity. See the two pictures for comparison… See how much cooler it looks on iPad??
