Can I/How do I transfer djay to a new ipad?

Have djay loaded on my Ipad1 and want to transfer it to my new ipad3? How can I do this without buying it again?

Please open the App Store app on your new iPad and go to “Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
