CDJ 3000 Custom Midi Mapping does not autoload

  • Hardware/controllers used : CDJ 3000

  • Hardware firmware version : 3.30

so i created a custom midi map on the 3000 which i replace the last row of cue buttons into stems control, it works great, and it was autosave as cdj 3000 edit on the midi selection

now when i switch venue, and select 3000 as hid, my expectation was it will load the edited midi mapping, but no, it load the built in mapping, i have to manually select the custom mapping for each cdjs

why is that? i made custom map for the xdj rx3, ddj flx4, hercules inpluse 500, all auto loaded, did i miss something?

Hi @echa0361, does this only happen the first time you connect to that specific CDJ at that venue? For example when you return a second time to that venue and connect to the same CDJ will it remember your custom map selection? I suspect each CDJ will have some kind of unique identifier.

I think this is it, im back at the venue where i made the mapping and it loads, thanks slak
